This was my first break in almost 5 years, working in the medical field during the pandemic it’s been a rough go - despite the horrid experience and admitting fault, management not only didn’t reimburse us for the 2 days we couldn’t use our room, but when asked about it they vanished for long periods of time, initially promised us the resort fees back, then when pressed one day rate, then 2 days rate ( the 2 cheapest days of our stay not the 2 days the issues actually occurred on) then the manager (Keanu) decided to tell us he couldn’t actually do anything it would have to be the manager the next day (we were leaving on a flight the following morning - they stated he’d be there by 6, however at 900 they told us he wouldn’t be in till 11) IE we received 0 compensation for the horrible experience.
